shareholder with 51.2% has been the consortium Inversiones Aguas Metropolitanas (IAM). IAM is jointly owned by Agbar and French conglomerate Suez (which also controls Agbar via a 25% stake) - : in July 2004, Suez holds 19.9% of IAM and Agbar 81.0.
