Yuliya Yurchenko

Yuliya Yurchenko is a Lecturer in International Business, Department of International Business & Economics, University of Greenwich. She joined PSIRU in December 2013. She researches (de)privatisation, its effects, and cost effectiveness. Yuliya specialises in international trade restructuring, role of corporate lobbying in that process, and the effects of trade restructuring on public services. She works on renewable energy policy and its implementation in the EU and contributes to water remunicipalisation at PSIRU. Yuliya's research interests include: trade regimes, TTIP, TiSA, and TPP; post-Soviet political economy; tax evasion, avoidance, and offshore.
